Freeman of Sligo for John McNabola

The retired Sligo Town Clerk, John McNabola, was last night, Wednesday 25 Dec,
 bestowed with the highest honour that the Borough Council can award, Freeman of Sligo Borough.
At a distinguished ceremony, performed in front of the entire council,
former mayors and freemen, clergy, gardai, family and friends,
Mayor of Sligo Cllr.Jim McGarry presented the coveted scroll to Mr. McNabola.
