Sligo Retailer's Emergency Meeting

Over 200 business people, primarily representing the ailing retail sector,
gathered at The Glasshouse Hotel last night to hold an emergency meeting.
The meeting was forced upon them as many of the businesses are facing an uncertain future due to falling receipts and with the proliferation of increasing vacant commercial units evident within Sligo becoming a constant reminder of their own business mortality.
