Ballinafad St.Patrick's Day Parade 2010

The shortest parade in Ireland took place in Ballinafad, Co Sligo.

Only 200 yards long it featured on national television and attracted record crowds
to sample the hospitality of this picturesque village. It's only pub The Mayfly,
was packed to capacity

with a fun loving crowd who were there for the 'craic'

Photographer Peter 'Flash' McParland was there to capture the atmosphere.
