“The Seaweed Kitchen”, a forthcoming cookbook on everyday cooking with Irish seaweeds by Sligowoman Dr.Prannie Rhatigan.

The book has been described as an innovative and fascinating cookbook crammed with great seaweed recipes and seaweed lore in general.
