The news just gets worse for Shafin Developments, the company set up by Sligo brothers Shane and Finbarr Filan and now in receivership.
Having being sued by their largest creditor Bank of Ireland, another major creditor Ulster Bank took decisive action earlier this month and had a receiver appointed to the troubled company.
Now a local company has joined the list of creditors taking action.
Last Friday, 11 May, Sligo architects Vincent Hannon and Associates of Abbey Street Sligo lodged a case with the High Court against the company.
As of 8am this morning (Friday) there are no further details of the case disclosed however as it is a High Court action suggests the sums involved are high.
The architectural company is being represented by Sligo law firm, Callen Tansey.
The singer is currently on the final tour of Westlife who are splitting up after fourteen successful years.See Related Articles above
