An Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD, will host a Public Meeting in Sligo Park Hotel on Friday 10th February 2017 at 7:00pm, the purpose of which is to discuss the UKís decision to leave the EU and how this will affect Ireland and in particular border counties.
The objective of this consultative public meeting is to allow people from the North-West region an opportunity to raise their concerns about Brexit directly with Government officials, whilst also allowing those present an opportunity to be informed as to Irelandís response to the significant 'Brexit' challenges. Mairead McGuinness MEP, Tony McLoughlin TD, Aaron Forde (Aurivo), Bernie Butler (Good4U), and Joe Dolan (Irish Hotels Federation) will be guest speakers on the night.
This public meeting will be open for everyone in the region to attend and a wide range of organisations and bodies will have representatives on the side panels.
