Business leaders share performance secrets to running a successful organisation
The stories behind the successful leadership and management of high performance teams and organisations from around the world will be the focus of a special afternoon conference next Thursday March 9th at IT Sligo’s Aurivo Auditorium from 2:30pm to 5pm.
‘True Stories about how organisations succeed and People Analytics’ is being run in conjunction with the North West Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). It aims to share some of the performance secrets of some of the most impressive organizations around the world.
There will be two keynote addresses:
Brian MacNeice, Managing Director, Kotinos Partners is an expert in high performance and advises international clients on driving improvements in the performance and culture of their businesses. He has spent 10 years researching leaders of high performance environments including Google, Ryanair, the New Zealand All Blacks, the Kirov Ballet and the US Special Forces. He is also the co-author of ‘Powerhouse: Insider accounts into the World’s Top High Performance Organizations’.
Cormac Hennessy is a Senior Manager in Analytics with Deloitte Ireland, and will talk about the growing area of People Analytics and how organisations can define and implement their business intelligence and analytics strategies.
The conference will also include a panel discussion with Willie Ruane – CEO of Connacht Rugby, Aaron Forde – CEO Aurivo Co-operative, and Elizabeth McCabe – Secretary/Financial Controller at IT Sligo.
