It’s all systems go for the Sligo Super Cup, featuring elite young players from academies across Ireland and the UK, which takes place at the Showgrounds from April 28th-30th.

Company Director, John McKeon, expressed delight at partnering with the Sligo Super Cup as main sponsor.
“We are always thrilled to support community initiatives, and particularly when it involves sport and young people. As an avid soccer supporter, I believe this tournament deserves all the backing it can get.
“It’s about promoting a healthy competitive spirit, community involvement, and cross-border exchanges, as well as putting Sligo to the forefront as an ideal venue for high class international tournaments.
“For all those reasons, I am proud to be the main sponsor of the inaugural Sligo Super Cup and I have no doubt it will be a major success,” John said.
Tournament Director, Packie Lynch, thanked John for his generous backing of the tournament.
“Particularly in the first year, local support is vital for this type of initiative. We have been very fortunate with the outstanding generosity of a number of sponsors, none moreso than John McKeon. John has always been a willing supporter of worthy local causes, and we are delighted to have him on board”, Packie added.
