SLIGO ROVERS manager Gerard Lyttle enters his second month with an unbeaten record.
He took of his first game last Friday night, away to Drogheda United and now faces Galway United this afternoon, Monday.
The EA Sports Cup quarter final will mark Lyttle's home debut as manager.
The game kicks off at 3pm in the Showgrounds this afternoon.
It's been 'mayday' distress for the clubs this past two months as both struggle to regain the form shown last season.
A recently resurgent Galway team still remain locked in the SSE Airtricity League's relegation zone.

In team news, Michael Leahy and Daniel Kearns are doubtful after picking up injuries in the game with Friday with late decisions to be made on their availability. John Russell returns from suspension.
Manager Gerard Lyttle said: “The squad is a tight one as we know so we have to keep that in mind with a lot of games to come and we’ll see how the two players are today, Monday..
“It’s a massive chance for us to get to a semi-final and while it’s a cliché, it’s every game for us now that we want to win. We have to start building some momentum. We showed some character in Drogheda.
"There were parts of the game we were pleased about and some that we weren’t but we showed fight as well. We’ve spoken about this competition in the week and it’s a game we’re really looking forward to.”
