IT Sligo International Students Climb Knocknarea

IT Sligo's new international students climbed Knocknarea and visited Glencar Waterfall last Friday, as part of their induction programme.

The Institute currently has 359 international students from 49 different countries.

The new intake has seen a record number of Canadian students (50) take up full-time courses at the Institute.

IT Sligo also welcomes its first Indonesian student, Maria Tamtomo Putri, who is studying for a BA (Honours) in Architectural Design.

There are currently 20 different nationalities in the Architectural Design degree programme.
