Sligo train delayed by anti-social behaviour

The Sligo to Connolly train service was stopped Kilcock due to an incident this morning.

Gardai boarded the train responding to an on board incident of anti-social behaviour which they  speedily dealt with.

The train departed 25 minutes behind schedule.

Irish Rail tweeted at 9.44am: "07:05 Sligo Connolly currently stopped at Kilcock awaiting the Gardaí due to an incident onboard. Update to follow."
