Alwyn wants to bring this commitment and energy to work for you and your community on Sligo County Council. “I am proud of the community where I live and work. During these challenging times it’s vital that we elect councillors who will stand by the community and ensure that our children, our older people and our families will get the services they need and deserve. With your help and support I can provide that representation, without fear or favour.”
Alwyn’s priorities for our community are:
The provision of cancer services for the people of Sligo and the North West
More Gardai on the beat in local communities
Proper services, such as footpaths and street lighting, in new residential developments
The improvement of community facilities, including sport and recreation amenities for our young people.
The provision of day care and recreational amenities for the elderly
